Hubsan H107D Plus 2016 Model X4 Plus FPV

I have been keeping an eye out on this Quadcopter since its release just before Christmas 2015. This has to be one of the best Quads with FPV I’ve seen for some time and now the price has droped to £108.00 on Amazon at the date of writing this article.

Science Museum Electric Dragster

We visited the Science museum on the run up to Christmas and I bought an Electric dragster for my son however he was a little more interested in playing with his other toys while I build it. However my daughter certainly enjoyed helping out with the build, you can watch the video below…

Laser Cutting

Spent the weekend setting up and cutting out the start of a Mowi 3D printer out of 6mm Plywood.
This 3D printer is for a friend of mine and a member of a fellow member of my local makerspace.
I cut it on a Trotec speedy 300 laser cutter the cut took 12 minutes and needed very little adjustments to get it to come out of the plywood cutouts. The construction was a little difficult as there are no plans on line to the assembly.

you can follow the links below to see the source for the construction and a video of me cutting it out at Southlondon Makerspace
